As a Teacher Leader at Wildflower Montessori Public Schools of Colorado (WMPSC), you will design and operate a new charter school site in Aurora, in partnership with other Teacher Leaders and in collaboration with the Shared Services Partner and other charter-wide support roles. As the Founding Student Services Coordinator at WMPSC Grand Valley and Aurora, you will support Teacher Leaders in the process of documenting and identifying the needs of students with special needs (from identification to intervention, assessment and reporting), multilingual learners, students who have been historically underserved; students with mental health needs; students with gifted abilities; students performing below grade level; students experiencing homelessness, and other special populations. In addition, you will support the Shared Service Partner with operations, compliance and reporting for both charters through student information systems. This person will be required to travel to Aurora, CO at least once per quarter.

As the ECE Special Educator at WMPSC Aurora, you will support Teacher Leaders in meeting the needs of students with special needs (from identification to intervention, assessment and reporting), multilingual learners, students who have been historically underserved; students with mental health needs; students with gifted abilities; students performing below grade level; students experiencing homelessness, and other special populations. This role is a 0.25 FTE position for the school year 2023-2024 with the opportunity to grow into 0.5 in the 2024-2025 school year. The hourly range for this position is $35.00-45.00 for the 0.25 FTE role. This position can be combined with the Student Services Coordinator role as 0.5 FTE.
