​Salaries at Wildflower Montessori Public Schools of Colorado are not established pursuant to C.R.S. §22-32-109.4 or 22- 64-401. WMPSC establishes Teacher Leader and charter-wide salaries individually, based on an employee's job duties, experience, qualification, needs, and performance, as well as comparison to salaries for comparable positions in other schools or districts, and defines those salaries through individual contracts of employment. If additional salary or benefit information is needed, please contact us.

Charter School Grant (CSP) Recipients
We are proud to share that Wildflower Schools was a recipient of the 2023-24 Charter School Program grant for the Replication and Expansion of High-Quality Charter Schools. Over the next 5 years, we plan to grow into 7 charter schools and expand into 1 high school site.
